We ship our products worldwide. Prices are worked out automatically by weight as you add your chosen items to your shopping cart. 

UK - FLAT RATE OF £3.95 FOR ALL ORDERS UP TO £75. ORDERS OVER £75 ARE SHIPPED FREE. We use Royal Mail 48 or Royal Mail 24. Sometimes we use couriers for larger parcels and to keep it simple we chooseg DPD who, in our experience are the most reliable.
WE DO NOT AND WILL NOT EVER USE EVRI OR YODEL. We want your parcels to arrive with you as efficiently as possible, not sit on a van for days on end, thank you very much.

EU AND REST OF THE WORLD - ROYAL MAIL WEIGHT BASED SHIPPING FOR ORDERS UP TO 2KG. FOR ORDERS OVER 2KG WE USE A COURIER.

If any problems occur during shipment please let us know ASAP. All orders are sent tracked where possible. You will be given your tracking number by email when we ship. All emails are automated so please make sure the email address that you use to place your order is up to date and the one that you have access to.

CUSTOMS CHARGES: If you are ordering from outside of the UK and receive a notice for import duty charges, as the customer, you are liable for the payment of such charges.

SUSTAINABLE PACKAGING:

We make a conscious effort to use paper and tissue packaging and cardboard boxes. All of our packaging can be reused or recycled. We make our parcels look pretty so that when you open them up it's like receiving a wonderful gift. We use our own branded tissue, special little stickers, free samples and info cards that you can keep or give to friends and family.
