We ship our products worldwide. Prices are worked out automatically by weight as you add your chosen items to your shopping cart. 

UK - FLAT RATE OF £3.95 FOR ALL ORDERS UP TO £75. ORDERS OVER £75 ARE SHIPPED FREE. We use Royal Mail 48 or Royal Mail 24 Tracked. 

WE DO NOT AND WILL NOT EVER USE EVRI OR YODEL.

EU AND REST OF THE WORLD - ROYAL MAIL WEIGHT BASED SHIPPING. Most shipments arrive in the States within 2 to 4 weeks depending on the state, and on customs. Within Europe, orders take around a week or so.
PLEASE NOTE - We are currently updating our paperwork with a RP (responsible person) in the EU to enable us to ship to all EU member states. Some products are available to order now with more expected for summer 2025.

If any problems occur during shipment please let us know ASAP. All orders are sent tracked. You will be given your tracking number by email when we ship. All emails are automated so please make sure the email address that you use to place your order is up to date and the one that you have access to.

CUSTOMS CHARGES: If you are ordering from outside of the UK and receive a notice for import duty charges, as the customer, you are liable for the payment of such charges.

SUSTAINABLE PACKAGING:

We make a conscious effort to use paper and tissue packaging and cardboard boxes. All of our packaging can be reused or recycled. We make our parcels look pretty so that when you open them up it's like receiving a wonderful gift. We use our own branded tissue, special little stickers, free samples and info cards that you can keep or give to friends and family.
