All sales are final. Once you have placed your order, you will not be able to change it or add additional products to it. We do not combine orders due to the volume of orders that we receive, it just creates a lot of hassle, which takes up too much time, so please make sure when ordering that you have selected all of the items you require. Sometimes, if we notice that you have ordered twice (within a few days) we may combine the orders at our discretion, and will refund the postage for you.

WHAT IF YOU DON'T FALL IN LOVE WITH THE PRODUCTS?

I'm pretty sure you will adore your chosen products, but if you don't you can return them for a no quibble money back guarantee. Obviously, you won't be able to use any products you wish to return. They will need to be returned to us in their original condition, so please do not dip your fingers in the pots, don't unwrap the soaps etc...

In the unlikely event that this happens I will refund you the entire order. I may ask you a few questions before you return them to see if any other solution can be offered beforehand.
