Milk Wood Perfume

The scent is lovely, although it is much softer and cozier tham one might expect from the description. The dominant note for me is patchouli – it is loud and strong and occasionally almost overpowering. Then there is creamy sandalwood and light sweetness that probably comes from tonka and/or hay. It reminds me of scents perfumistas call “wood pudding”, but unlike your typical wood pudding Milk Wood does not have strong sweet and spicy notes. It evokes the image of staying at home wrapped in a blanket with a warm drink in hand on a winter day, not braving the outdoors. And, in my opinion, this fragrance is totally unisex.

WE love it! Bought for my husband but obviously has to please me. Milk Wood smells to me of the great outdoors in a complex way. Of walks in the forest of moss and greenery and afterwards bringing in the wood for the fire. It develops into a deeper scent that you want to get a whiff of every time you pass. Gorgeous!

My third time purchasing this - twice as gifts and another for myself! Smells good on everyone. Woodsy but not overwhelming, with a calming quality like a garden after the rain.

Ah where do I even begin, this is absolutely GORGEOUS.. I would say this perfume is unisex leaning masculine. Its layers of creamy woody deliciousness are like no other, it has a warm earthiness to it, like sun hitting a forest and warming the earth up, leaving a sweet fragrance in the air. This is my husbands all time favourite fragrance - he doesn't want commercial perfumes at all anymore. (I would 100% wear this too - its lovely).

I bought this for myself since I personally love wearing woody scents. I love it, wished I lived in the UK so I could buy the perfume version. Now I can switch back & forth from my beloved Rook and Raven. I am in awe of your blends Tiggy!

This is our second purchase of this fragrance. I say our as it is one that my husband and I share, so definitely a unisex scent. It’s highly intoxicating, utterly unique, projects beautifully, and pulls in lots of compliments!

Mysterious! This perfume is not heavy nor overpowering. I love the multiple layers of scent. Female consumer.

I trust Tiggy's sense of smell. My husband loves, loves, loves this smell!! I like it too! He loves this scent. Of all the smells I get him for his special days, this one lasts all day. Mind you, I get him very expensive cologne, upwards of $200 a bottle. Now I will save money since I must get him three bottles of this a year! Birthday, Father's Day, Christmas. **Side note-I've gotten all the other scents for me so I really didn't save any money ;) shh
