Scent characteristics: Crushed pistachio nuts, raspberry coulis,  and yellow cake topped with crisp meringue.

With pretty contrasting colours on the top and inside and a dark brown base from the vanillin content in the fragrance. Just like a layered pistachio flavoured cake!
