We ship our products worldwide. Prices are worked out automatically by weight as you add your chosen items to your shopping cart. 

UK - FLAT RATE OF £3.95 FOR ALL ORDERS UP TO 2KG. ORDERS OVER 2KG are dependent upon the weight and rate with Royal Mail, which is worked out automatically at the checkout.
ORDERS OVER £75 ARE SHIPPED FREE.
We use Royal Mail 48 or Royal Mail 24 Tracked.

EUROPE (non EU member states only) -ROYAL MAIL WEIGHT BASED SHIPPING. Most shipments arrive within a week or so. If you are using a freight forwarding company you can control when your shipments are sent from the forwarding company address.

We regret that due to new rules and regulations, and costs we can no longer ship to EU member states. 

REST OF THE WORLD - ROYAL MAIL WEIGHT BASED SHIPPING. Most shipments arrive in the States within 2 to 4 weeks depending on the state, and on customs. 

If any problems occur during shipment please let us know ASAP. All orders are sent tracked. You will be given your tracking number by email when we ship. All emails are automated so please make sure the email address that you use to place your order is up to date and the one that you have access to.

CUSTOMS CHARGES: If you are ordering from outside of the UK and receive a notice for import duty charges, as the customer, you are liable for the payment of such charges.

SUSTAINABLE PACKAGING:

We make a conscious effort to use paper and tissue packaging and cardboard boxes. All of our packaging can be reused or recycled. We make our parcels look pretty so that when you open them up it's like receiving a wonderful gift. We use our own branded tissue, special little stickers, free samples and business cards that you can keep or give to friends and family. These also make great bookmarks!
