ROYAL MAIL UK 48 - £3.95 for small packets up to 2kg. NOT TRACKED OR INSURED. Up to 5 days transit time from the shipment date.
ROYAL MAIL 24/COURIER - £8.65 for parcels over 2kg and up to up to 5KG. £12.00 up to 10KG. Please remember to leave your mobile number so we can inform you of delivery. 1-3 day transit time from shipment date depending on your location.

SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS, CHANNEL ISLES - Real time weight-based shipping with Royal Mail NOT TRACKED OR INSURED, AND COURIER FULLY TRACKED AND INSURED FOR PARCELS OVER 2KG. Prices according to your chosen provider.
EUROPE (non EU member states only), USA & REST OF WORLD - We use real time weight-based shipping with Royal Mail and our couriers. Royal Mail Standard is the simplest service for us to use, and takes around 7 days to arrive (non busy times) but can take longer during the holidays etc. If you want tracking you will need to opt for the courier service.
Royal Mail has a cut off weight of 2kg, so if your order exceeds 2kg in weight we will automatically send it via a courier tracked service. We cannot ship to a PO box with a courier service so please provide a residential or business address.
We are sincerely sorry but we have had to stop selling our products to people residing in EU member states due to the new rulings on cosmetics brought about by Brexit. If any changes are made to this new law we will update here in due course.
You are within your rights to cancel any order but please do so in writing within 7 working days. If you have received your goods and you wish to return them, please contact us beforehand to arrange. Due to the nature of our products, goods can only be returned if they remain unopened and remain in the same condition as when you received them. Refunds for goods, which have been damaged whilst in your care will not be refunded. Refunds for un-opened goods will be refunded upon receipt of the return.
Any charges you may incur at customs are payable by you, the customer.
